All accredited Media please note that in return for being granted accreditation for Quit Targa West 2013, the organisers have the right to request access to and use of any images taken for future promotional and/or sponsor reporting purposes.
It is therefore a condition of accreditation that you agree to these terms and if requested, agree to provide the organisers with access to all images taken and grant them use of any selected images for future promotional purposes.
INSURANCE - Important Note:
Quit Targa West Media Accreditation does NOT
include either Public Liability/Public Risk Insurance or Personal
Accident Insurance, which are the responsibility of the accredited
person. Photographers are encouraged to consider CAMS photographer
accreditation which encompasses such insurance.
