City of Perth

The City of Perth are the events Platinum Sponsor and are at the heart of bringing the official start of the event to Forrest Place and providing for the Friday evening ‘show and shine’ in Northbridge on the Friday night. Along with the event organisers and the Shires of Chittering and Toodyay, the City of Perth is keen to see WA, and Perth specifically, promoted as a popular destination for competitors and their entourage in this type of event.

Shires of Chittering & Toodyay

These two Shires have been fundamental to the events existence. Without their ongoing support, encouragement and council approval for the required road closures we simple would not have a Quit Targa West Rally. Both Shires provide access to some of the most beautiful countryside in the State as well as some of the most interesting bitumen roads suitable for competition use. Clearly tourism benefits are a major aim of the Shires and the organisers of the Quit Targa West are committed to promoting the cause and attraction of these areas.
